Zuber Syed is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zuber & Partners. He is one of the few practising advocates in India whose career began inside the technology and security functions; he now advises on spending more than two decades in cybersecurity and technology leadership before founding the firm in 2020.

He represents global enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, GCCs, and NRIs in complex litigation, regulatory defense, and cross-border advisory. He appears before the High Court of Telangana, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the National Company Law Tribunal, and Commercial Courts across India. He is recognised as a technology-focused legal authority on cybersecurity, the DPDP Act, and the legal architecture of the India GCC.

He works directly, not through a layer, with general counsel, CISOs, CEOs, founders, and boards on matters where getting any one of legal, technical, regulatory, or commercial wrong is the same as getting all of them wrong.
